Exchange a product will only be entertained if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size. Requests for exchange must be sent within 6 hours of receiving your order. If you request after 6 hours since your receiving, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

​To complete your exchange, we require a receipt of purchase.​

​​RETURN CONDITIONS

For a product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.​
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards and freebies.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
  • Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.

NOTE:

  • If a product is returned to us does not meet with the conditions applied above, we reserve the right to send it back to you.​
  • Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.​

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange​. If you are approved, then you can order any product in the same amount and category.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address printed on a receipt of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
